I designed this workshop to empower teachers to personally re-define what great teaching looks like and give them support and encouragement to honor their own self-care needs. This workshop is available full-day in person or half-day on zoom.
Re-defining Great Teaching
Personal Caring
This workshop helps teachers look at personal, familial and spiritual patterns of caregiving and self-care. If you were raised by teachers, nurses, or other helping professionals, or had a religious or spiritual upbringing and aren’t great at self-care, this workshop is for you! This workshop is available full-day in person or half-day on zoom.
Compassion Vs. Enablement
If you’re tired or frustrated from always “helping” others, this workshop is for you! I designed this workshop to explore and challenge our beliefs about the nature of “helping” and to be able to determine whether we’re enabling our students or being compassionate. This workshop is available full-day in person or half-day on zoom.
